WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Three nights at The INN at Gig Harbor (Wed-Fri nights,
Oct 3-6, 2012). Conference classes runs Thursday 9:00 am through Saturday 5:00 pm
- Wednesday evening pre-conference "Welcome Gathering" with appetizers
- Full days of classes and discussion groups
- Wonderful gifts and door prizes
- Eight delicious meals on site
WHAT YOU PROVIDE:
- Transportation to The Inn at Gig Harbor. (Hourly shuttle service is available between Seattle/Tacoma airport and the INN at Gig Harbor, about a 30 minute ride). For details visit: www.kitsapairporter.com
Out-of-town guests should plan on arriving Wednesday
- Your own rug braiding projects and tools (supplies will be available for purchase)
- Notification to us of special dietary or other needs
- Your own personal items such as pajamas and toothbrush
- If you are new to braiding, please let us know! We will have beginners supply kits available for purchase or provide you with a list of supplies needed.
DATES TO REMEMBER:
2: Deposit of $200 due
on or before this date to reserve your spot!
JUNE 15, 2012: Balance due.
REFUND / CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
- Deposit is refundable, less a $100
administrative fee up to June 15, 2012
- There is no refund given for cancellations after June
15, 2012
