$699   Private Room (you may share a room with a non-conference guest)
$585   Double Occupancy (choose your roommate until June 30, 2007)

• Three nights at The INN at Gig Harbor (Wed-Fri nights, Sept. 26-28). Conference runs Thursday 9:00 am through Saturday 5:00 pm

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:

• Transportation to The Inn at Gig Harbor. (Hourly shuttle service is available between Seattle/Tacoma airport and the INN at Gig Harbor, about a 30 minute ride). For details visit:  www.kitsapairporter.com   Out-of-town guests should plan on arriving Wednesday evening.
• Your own rug braiding projects and tools (supplies will be available for purchase)
• Notification to us of special dietary or other needs
• Your own personal items such as pajamas and toothbrush
• If you are new to braiding, please let us know! We will have beginners supply kits available for purchase or provide you with a list of supplies needed.

DATES TO REMEMBER:

• APRIL 20, 2007:   Deposit of $150 due to reserve your spot!
• JUNE 30, 2007:   Balance due

REFUND / CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:

• Deposit is refundable, less a $50 administrative fee up to June 30, 2007
• There is no refund given for cancellations after June 30, 2007
