PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
$200 Deposit to hold your space at the conference is due on or before April 15, 2018. 
Your Balance is due by June 15, 2018

REFUND / CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
Deposit is refundable, less a $100 administrative fee up to June 15, 2018. 
There is no refund given for cancellations after June 15, 2018.

ROOMMATES for DOUBLE OCCUPANCY:
You may name your roommate up to June 15, 2018.
After this date a roommate will be assigned to you.
