Read over the website and feel free to contact us about anything that might not have been covered. Note that there are three different prices according to room accommodations (Single $735, Double $620, Commuter $410).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
$200 Deposit to hold your space at the conference is due on or before April 15, 2012.
Your Balance is due by June 15, 2012


REFUND / CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:
Deposit is refundable, less a $100 administrative fee up to June 15, 2012.
There is no refund given for cancellations after June 15, 2012


ROOMMATES for DOUBLE OCCUPANCY:
You may name your roommate up to June 15, 2012. After this date a roommate will be assigned to you.
